I joined Perun in July 2024, and have experienced such a change in myself and my strength since then. One of my goals was to be able to do a full push up, and I can now do 10! I love leaving sessions feeling a sense of achievement and empowerment from being able to move/pick up/drag heavy things around. I also really enjoy the newly added conditioning sessions which are a heart rate raiser to get the endorphins going! I've been with Marcin just over 6 months now and I honestly couldn't speak more highly of him and the gym.
