I've been with Marcin just over 6 months now and I honestly couldn't speak more highly of him and the gym. He cares SO much about each of his clients and tailors his advice to you no matter what your need. He is approachable and has a vast amount of knowledge on nutrition as well as weight training. As someone who would never have gone to a conventional gym for fear of being stared at, here I feel like an individual being catered for not just another gym number. I can highly recommend Marcin at Perun strength. I've learnt so much from him and also Vik. I've gone from being intimidated about using weights to loving lifting weights. I love the program and progress I've seen in such a short time being a member. I’m a person who prefers to train alone at home, but initially I was worried about having a trainer ‘online’ as I wasn’t sure it would work.
