How it works (and why it’s not overwhelming)
1. Consultation & onboarding process
We start with a 30-minute in-person consultation to understand your background, injuries, and confidence level.
You won’t be thrown to the wolves – we explain how sessions work before you train.
2. Shared structure, individual execution
One programme. Many entry points.
Members follow the same structured strength programme, but every exercise has regressions, progressions, and substitutions.
We adjust loads, ranges, tempo, and complexity so the session matches your ability.
3. Coaching in real time (not “figure it out”)
Coached, not self-directed
You’re coached throughout the session. We cue, correct, and adapt on the floor – especially early on.
As you gain confidence, you need less hand-holding. The structure stays. Your competence grows.
You don’t need to be fit, strong, or confident to start. The programme meets you where you are – and moves with you as you improve.
