Nutrition is one of the most important parts of our life. It is also something that we can directly influence to change how it benefits our health. Our relationship with food affects not just our weight or performance at the gym, but also our mood, our sleep and intimate life. 

As an evidence based, certified nutritionist, my mission is to help you find your way in what seems to be a very complicated world, full of conflicting information and radical views. 

From influencers and marketers peddling useless supplements with no scientific evidence, zealots forcing restrictive, draconian lifestyles, to the media scaring us and demonizing our food choices for clicks, it feels like everything we do is wrong and will lead to our early demise.

60-90 minute initial consultation

During our first call we will go over all of your needs and answer any questions you may have. We will discuss your previous experiences, health history and relationship with food. Afterwards we’ll set your goals, discuss ways to achieve them, and go over the ways of monitoring your progress. After our initial consultation I will develop an individualized protocol, including nutrient recommendations, as well as food lists, meal examples and relevant supplementation.

30-45 minutes follow up calls

Our follow up calls will be used to review your progress and if needed, adjust the protocol to reflect any changes.

Unlimited support between calls

I encourage my clients to keep in touch with me, and update me as often as they wish about their journey. Whatever questions you might have, whenever you need support – I’ll be there to help you as quickly as possible!
