Understanding of what foods are best to eat to fill me up for the day. Means I can continue these habits and when it comes to a treat it feels like one. This is a two-phase fat-loss protocol delivered online. It’s short, intentional, and designed to end properly!
You’ll lose fat, but more importantly, you’ll understand how and why – so you’re not guessing, panicking, or rebounding afterwards.
Phase 1 – Fat Loss (4 weeks)
A deliberate, structured calorie deficit with an emphasis on:
- Building your meals from the ground up
- Managing hunger (what’s normal vs what’s not)
- Focusing on muscle preservation
- Removing guesswork and preventing decision fatigue
This phase is all about structure and knowledge.
Phase 2 – Maintenance (4 weeks)
The phase most people never get taught.
- Transitioning out of a deficit without panic
- Normalising appetite and portion awareness
- Understanding what maintenance actually looks like
- Understanding the healthy weight regain

Do I need to train during the protocol?
No. Training is not required. That said, resistance training is strongly recommended if your goal includes muscle preservation and better body composition. If you already train, we’ll help you support it nutritionally. If you don’t, the protocol still works.
How much weight will I lose?
There’s no fixed answer. People lose different amounts of weight and measurements depending on starting point, adherence, and individual response. We don’t make predictions or guarantees. What we do provide is a clear process and proper tracking, so results make sense rather than feeling random.
Will I be hungry?
Yes – at times! It’s always the loudest in the first 3-7 days of the protocol, and then it drastically quiets down as the metabolism slows down. Our clients have often reported feeling of “bliss” and an “euphoria” during the second week. We will teach you to manage your hunger – not just during the deficit phase, but in the long run!
Is this suitable for beginners?
Absolutely. This protocol is based on teaching principles first! You’ll be taught how to structure meals, understand calories, and manage appetite from scratch. No prior nutrition knowledge is expected.
What happens after the fat-loss phase?
You don’t just stop. The second half of the protocol is a structured maintenance phase. This is where we:
- transition you out of the deficit
- normalise appetite
- reduce rebound risk
- build confidence around eating more again
This is the part most people never get taught!
Is this a meal plan?
No. You’ll get examples, recipes, and frameworks – but the focus is on teaching you how to build meals yourself. This is deliberate! Relying on rigid meal plans is one reason people struggle after diets end.
Is this safe?
For most people, yes. As hard as it may look, it’s actually a lot less difficult, and much more manageable that some of the NHS approved diet interventions.
However, this protocol is not suitable if you:
- have current or past struggles with eating disorders
- are pregnant

Can I do this alongside work, family, and social life?
The first phase is the most challenging one, but while some adjustments have to made, it shouldn’t impede your daily life. It’s also the reason why we keep it sweet and short – prolonged diet phases often fail because they get in the way way too much and way too often! The protocol is designed to fit into real lives, not take them over. Especially during the maintenance phase, you’ll learn how to handle meals out, busy days, and imperfect weeks – without derailing the whole process.
