Lats and thoracic spine mobility

A couple of very simple, but very effective mobility drills for those with tight lats and stiff spine! If you’re struggling to keep the bar comfortably on your back during squats, or you can’t maintain a good barbell path during overhead press, then those 3 exercises are for you. They’re also very useful for improving your posture and generally feeling and moving better, especially if you sit down a lot.
