60-90 minute initial consultation

During our first call we will go over all of your needs and answer any questions you may have. We will discuss your previous experiences, health history and relationship with food. Afterwards we’ll set your goals, discuss ways to achieve them, and go over the ways of monitoring your progress. After our initial consultation I will develop an individualized protocol, including nutrient recommendations, as well as food lists and relevant supplementation.

30-45 minutes follow up calls

Our follow up calls will be used to review your progress and if needed, adjust the protocol to reflect any changes.

Unlimited support between calls

I encourage my clients to keep in touch with me, and update me as often as they wish about their journey. Whatever questions you might have, whenever you need support – I’ll be there to help you as quickly as possible!
